Sandblasting for cleaning automotive spark Focus

The stand is designed for cleaning automotive spark plugs all types of carbon by the method of sand-blast cleaning.

Specifications

• Operating pressure supply with compressed air, ATM. 4 ÷ 6

• Compressed air consumption (no more), m3/h 6

• Average lying cleaning, sec. 10

• Used sand – natural quartz or sieved river

On first use pour through the spark plug hole 50g. dry quartz

sand. To further add sand as needed.

Connect push-fit connector on the panel of the unit line of compressed air

a pressure of 4 ÷ 6 ATM.

Pull the candle and, holding it down, press the button on the panel.

After 10 sec. release the button and, after a pause, release and remove the candle.

After cleaning, it is recommended to blow out a candle with compressed air to remove sand from

the spark gaps.
