Advantages of canopies from a profile sheet:

1. Profiled sheet is more durable than cellular polycarbonate sheet, even of the best quality.

5. The thickness of the profile sheet is not less than 0.4 - 0.45 mm. Roofing sheets are used, with a profile height (recommended) of 35.45 or 57 mm to choose from. Can be covered with others, if desired.

6. Profiled sheets are painted in various colors (red, blue, brown, green and their shades, as well as gray galvanized without painting).

7. Colored profile sheets can be either glossy or matte.

8. Below is a sheet of pleasant gray color (also galvanized).

9. The profile sheet is not afraid of large hail, as well as falling branches and fruits from nearby trees.

A frame for a canopy or a gazebo from a profile sheet is made with a higher frequency of longitudinal and transverse bridges, on which the profile sheet is laid. Firstly, in this case, we have a greater number of points of attachment of the sheet to the frame. And secondly, such a frame can always be covered with cellular polycarbonate. On the contrary, the frame, which is made under a covering with honeycomb or monolithic polycarbonate, is not always possible to cover with a profile sheet without additional work.

The frame for awnings from a profile sheet is made from a profile pipe of various sections with a wall thickness of 2 mm, depending on the configuration of the awning. The thinnest pipe that we use is a profile pipe 25x25x2mm. Profile pipe of longitudinal girders, strapping, main and additional reinforcement elements - based on the technical task of the Customer. The posts can have a wall thicker than 2 mm.

The longitudinal and transverse elements of the frame roof, on which the profile flooring sheets are laid, are welded together "joint to joint", which provides a flat plane for fastening and completely eliminates the undermining of prof. decking in strong winds and deflection in the event of a large amount of snow.

Paint for the shed or arbor frame - "Hammerite" or "Alpine", which reliably protects the frame from corrosion for a very long time.

We will select the color of the structure and cover - all according to your wishes. As a rule, the frame and profile sheet for covering canopies and gazebos have different colors, which gives the design a special feature and such a canopy or gazebo ideally "fit" into any interior of the house, landscape or recreation area. Polycarbonate canopy in different colors does not look - as a rule, the frame is painted in polycarbonate color (most often, "bronze").

The side or rear walls of the canopy or gazebo can be sewn up with a wall prof. leaf (for example, from neighbors) - it will look very harmonious and will not be translucent.

Another significant plus of awnings or gazebos from prof. sheet - short terms of production and installation. Since the canopy or the roof of the gazebo is one or two-pitched, the material of the roof frame does not need to be transported to production to prepare the arches (the pipe does not need to be rolled on a bending machine) - the frame is assembled at the installation site. This not only saves you time, but also money - it minus one delivery and work on the bending machine.
